William Tapley

Adventurer & Actor | Kids Share Logistics Director

 William trained at RADA. He grew up in Australia and England, finishing schooling in the US. He has enjoyed a lot of work on TV, film and in the theatres of England and London’s West End, notably leading the casts of record-breaking shows ‘Dirty Dancing’ and ‘Mamma Mia!’ He represented Britain in the 1996 Camel Trophy (off-road driving), making the first-ever motorized crossing of the Borneo jungle. He later led many expeditions across the Sahara, and through the countries of northwest Africa. A keen traveler, William has visited over 50 countries.

A keen sportsman to this day, he has played a lot of rugby (clubs have included London Wasps and Harlequins), breaking many a bone; rides motorbikes; sails yachts (won the 1999 President’s Cup in Fiji) and represented his regiment – the Honourable Artillery Company– in rugby, cricket, combat shooting, Nordic skiing, and biathlon. A cancer survivor, William is dedicated to his children and their upbringing.– IMDb Mini Biography By: Nash Carling

William is married to Kristina. They share a mutual love of family and travel and are on a mission to help spread social activism through creative storytelling and film-making. William helps manage and monitor projects in some of the most challenging locations.
